Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Annual and Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2EN, on Wednesday, 25th October 2000, at 10 a.m. and 10.05 a.m. respectively, to be followed at 10.30 a.m. and 10.35 a.m. by the Annual and Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the respective Meetings may appoint another person to vote in his or her place.
