Meetings of Creditors

PERNICKETY LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 48(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the unsecured Creditors of Pernickety Limited will be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, 101 Barbirolli Square, Lower Mosley Street, Manchester M2 3PW, on 10th October 2000, at 11 a.m. The purpose of this Meeting is to receive the report prepared by the Administrative Receivers and, if the Creditors think fit, to appoint a Creditors Committee. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge details, in writing, of the debt claimed to be due from the Company to S. A. Pearson, PricewaterhouseCoopers, 101 Barbirolli Square, Lower Mosley Street, Manchester M2 3PW, by no later than 12 noon on 9th October 2000, together with any proxy which the Creditor intends to be used on his behalf at the Meeting. Any claims duly lodged will be admitted to vote subject to the provisions of Rule 3.11 of the Insolvency Rules 1986. Creditors whose claims are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting. A copy of the report to Creditors, prepared in accordance with section 48 of the Insolvency Act 1986, is available on request.
