NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER
Take notice that Mr Woodward, Ms Harris and Miss Lockwood, of 2 and 3 Forest Lodge Cottages, Libanus, Brecon, Powys, is applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from unnamed springs, at National Grid References SN9607 2387, SN9627 2364, SN9610 2324, Forest Lodge Libanus. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates: 1.363 cubic metres per day, 676.067 cubic metres per year. The water will be used for Domestic Purpose. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at 3 Forest Lodge Cottage, Libanus, between 21st September and 19th October 2000. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Abacus House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0EY, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
