HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 SECTION 116 AND TWELFTH SCHEDULE

Notice is hereby given that the Kingston upon Hull City Council, the local highway authority intends to apply to the Magistrates Court sitting at the Law Courts, Alfred Gelder Street, Kingston upon Hull, at 2 p.m., on 2nd November 2000, for an Order that the underpass and associated public highway approaches at Wickenby Garth, Wawne Road, Kingston upon Hull, be stopped-up on the ground that it is no longer necessary for public use. The effect of the proposed Order is shown on a plan deposited at the Reception and Enquiry Office, The Guildhall, Alfred Gelder Street, Kingston upon Hull City Council, Guildhall, Kingston upon Hull, (Ref. CIV/EP/JC/73654), where it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours. M. J.
