Property: The property situated to the south of Holbury Drive, Holbury, Fawley, Hampshire, being the land comprised in the above-mentioned Title. Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, of Queen Anne’s Chambers, 28 Broadway, London SW1H 9JS. In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, The Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the Company vested, pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, when the Company was dissolved on the above-mentioned date) hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the property the vesting of the property having come to his notice on 29th November 1999.
