Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Barringtons, Richmond House, 570-572 Etruria Road, Basford, Newcastle, Staffordshire ST5 0SU, on 29th September 2000, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account, hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and to approve the Liquidator’s release from office. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her.
