Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that an Annual Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 42 George Street, Reading, Berkshire, on 22nd September 2000, at 11.45 a.m., to be followed at 12 noon, by an Annual Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date.
