THE GREENWICH (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (NO. 105) TRAFFIC ORDER 2000

Notice is hereby given that Greenwich Council, hereinafter called the Council, on 30th August 2000, made the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The general effects of the Order will be to impose one-way working from south to north in Red Lion Lane, between its junction with Shooters Hill and Constitution Rise, in a direction. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 25th September 2000, together with the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, and plans showing the locations and effects of the Order can be inspected, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at Engineering Services, Greenwich Council, Peggy Middleton House, 50 Woolwich New Road, Woolwich, London SE18 6HQ, for 6 weeks following the date the Order was made and copies of the Order may be obtained from the same address. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the making of the Order, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
