NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE INDUSTRIAL AND PROVIDENT SOCIETIES ACT 1965

Notice is hereby given that the Central Office have, pursuant to the above-mentioned section, this day cancelled the registration of Overtwo Savings and Credit Union Limited (Register No. 206 C), the registered office of which is at Winsford Neighbourhood Centre, Cheviot Square, Winsford, Cheshire CW7 1QS, on the grounds that the Credit Union has ceased to exist. The Credit Union ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered credit union, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Credit Union, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
