No. 4500 of 2000 In the Matter of CARL MICHAEL BATES & DIANE ELIZABETH BATESand in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Carl Michael Bates and Diane Elizabeth Bates, Brannigans Wine Bar, a Partnership, whose principal place of business is Brannigans Wine Bar, Units 1 and 2 Crown Precinct, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire SA15 1SW, presented on 21st July 2000 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Cardiff VAT Office, Portcullis House, 21 Cowbridge Road, East Cardiff CF1 9SS, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 6th September 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 5th September 2000.
