NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT FOR A BRITISH VESSEL TO ENTER ANTARCTICA

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Regulation 4(2) of the Antarctic Regulations 1995, that Pelagic Expeditions has submitted an application to the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs for a permit under section 5(5) of the Antarctic Act 1994, in respect of S/V Pelagic, No. 729102.
A copy of the application is available for inspection during normal office hours, free of charge, at Skip Novak, 92 Satchell Lane, Hamble, Hampshire, telephone 02380 454120, fax 02380 454120.
Copies of the application, subject to photocopying and postage or fax charges, can be obtained by writing to, or faxing, the above address.
