Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Benedict Mackenzie, 3-4 Mulgrave Court, Mulgrave Road, Sutton, Surrey SM2 6LF, on Monday, 25th September 2000, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.30 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date.
