AMENDED WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the following Order to be entitled The Hammersmith and Fulham (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Amendment (No.  ) Order 2000, under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic Act 1991. The general effect of the Order above would be to amend the existing waiting and loading restrictions in King Street, London W.6 and Hammersmith Road, London W.14 to the following: Hammersmith Road, the south side, from its junction with Addison Bridge Place to its junction with Avonmore Road. At any time waiting restriction. King Street, the north side, from its junction with Leamore Street to its junction with Beavor Lane, Monday to Saturday 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. waiting restriction except in between Cromwell Avenue and the common boundary of 358-360 King Street, which will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Saturday. King Street, the south side, will be a mixture of at any time and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Saturday waiting restrictions. A copy of the proposed Order and of the map which indicates the road to which the Order relates and of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the address given below, during normal office hours until the expiration of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of the objection and the grounds on which it is made not later than the last day of the 21 day objection period specified above to: Traffic and Road Safety Group, The Environment Department, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9JU.
