PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF AN APPLICATION MADE UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1990, PART I

INTEGRATED POLLUTION CONTROL

Notice is hereby given that Transco has applied to the Environment Agency for an Integrated Pollution Control (IPC) major variation to an extant authorisation, to operate a combustion process at Churchover Compressor Station, Churchover Lane, Harborough Magna, Warwickshire CV23 0HH, in the borough of Rugby Council. The application may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours, at the Environment Agency Area Office, Foley House, 123 Stourport Road, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY11 7BW. Written representations concerning the application may be made to the Environment Agency Area Office, Foley House, 123 Stourport Road, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY11 7BW, and if received within 28 days of the publication of this notice, will be taken into consideration in deciding the application. Any such representations made by any person will be entered in a public register unless that person requests in writing that they should not be so placed. Where such a request is made there will included in the register a statement indicating the representations have been made which have been the subject of such a request. 18th August 2000.
