THE BOROUGH OF RUGBY (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) (NUMBER 1) ORDER 2000

Notice is hereby given that, on 14th August 2000, the Rugby Borough Council made the Borough of Rugby (Off Street Parking Places) (Number 1) Order 2000. The effect of this new Order is that the existing Borough of Rugby (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2000 is revoked. The amendment to the previous Order is the inclusion of further land in Chapel Street, Rugby. A copy of the Borough of Rugby (Off Street Parking Places) (Number 1) Order 2000, the relevant maps, a copy of the Council’s reasons for making the Order and a copy of the previous Order may be inspected at the Offices of the Director of Corporate Services of the Borough Council, Town Hall, Rugby, during normal office hours. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of 18th August 2000, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
