At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 4-5 North Hill, Colchester, Essex CO1 1EB, on 31st July 2000, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that P. G. Byatt and A. S. Alleyne, of BDO Stoy Hayward, 66 Broomfield Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1SW, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and are to act jointly and severally.” A.
