Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Walker Till, 6-8 Old Hall Road, Gatley, Cheadle, Cheshire SK8 4BE, on Friday, 8th September 2000, at 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive a report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, and its property disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
