Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Neil Philip Oldfield, Stephen Read, Ian Stuart Gardner, Vernon Roy Drinkall, and Neil Anderton, carrying on business as Solicitors under the style or firm name Ratcliffe & Bibby has been dissolved as from 1st July 2000, so far as concerns Stephen Read, who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Neil Philip Oldfield, Ian Stuart Gardner, Vernon Roy Drinkall and Neil Anderton, who will continue to carry on the said business in Partnership under the style of firm name of Ratcliffe & Bibby.
