At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Church House, Deans Yard, Westminster, London SW1P 3NZ, on 21st July 2000, at 3 p.m., the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that I. E. Walker, of the firm Begbies Traynor, Balliol House, Southernhay Gardens, Exeter EX1 1NP, be and he is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” L. B. Jones, Chairman
