Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and Creditors, of A&B Homestyle Fitted Furniture Limited, will be held at Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG, on 24th August 2000, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive a report from the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
