Duchy of Lancaster
Mr. Paul Clarke, F.R.I.C.S. has been appointed to succeed Sir Michael Ridley, K.C.V.O., F.R.I.C.S. as Clerk of the Council and Chief Executive of the Duchy of Lancaster.
Paul Clarke is currently Property Investment Manager for the Wellcome Trust.
