Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 11th July 2000 Westfield Shoppingtowns Limited, of Lacon House, Theobald’s Road, London WC1X, retired as General Partner of The Westfield UK Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales under Limited Partnership No. LP6909 (the “Partnership”) and assigned its entire General Partner interest in the Partnership to Westfield UK General Partner Limited, of Lacon House, Theobold’s Road, London WC1X 8RW, by an Assignment Deed of Partnership Share and Deed of Adherence each dated 11th July 2000, such that Westfield UK General Partner Limited was admitted to the Partnership and appointed as General Partner of the Partnership.
