Statement by General Partner
LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907
Notice is given under section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that effective
from 28th June 2000 Improvements—Servicos de Consultoria Commercial LDA, Frits Vromen,
Wolfgang Lenoir and Anthony Bunker transferred their interests as Limited Partners
in the Limited Partnership known as The NatWest Equity Partners Partnership (the “Partnership”)
(registered in England with the number LP5825, on 6th July 1998) to the general partner,
NWEP General Partner L.P.
B. Laws, for and on behalf of Bridgepoint Capital Limited, as Manager of The NatWest Equity
Partners Partnership.
