At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 12 a High Street, Botley, on 22nd May 2000, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that N. H. O’Reilley, and S. B. Ryman, of Rothman Pantall & Co., Clareville House, 26-27 Oxendon Street, London SW1Y 4EP, be, and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.
