At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Pheasant Copse, Bere Court Road, Pangbourne, Reading, Berkshire RG8 8JU, on Monday, 26th June 2000, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Robert Nicholas Pittman, of Ernest Francis, Oswald House, 24-26 Queens Road, Reading RG1 4AU, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” S.
