THE BOROUGH OF STAFFORD (HIGHFIELDS, STAFFORD) (20 M.P.H. SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2000

Notice is hereby given that on 23rd June 2000, the Council made the above Order under section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which will come into operation on 2nd July 2000, will be to impose a 20 m.p.h. speed limit on the roads specified in the Schedule to this notice. A copy of the Order and map relating thereto are available for inspection in the Central Services Department, Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, where they may be examined during normal office hours. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks from 23rd June 2000, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
