Notice is given, in respect of the above Partnership of Accountants who carried on business from 6 King Street, Frome, Somerset, that:

1. Daniel Rhidian Herbert retired as a Partner on 31st October 1999.
2. David John Ayres remained as Sole Partner and Practitioner until 1st November 1999 when he sold the Practice to Brian Mitchell and Sharon Ann Ronald, trading as Berkeley Hall, of 21 King Street, Frome, Somerset.
