Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of Members and Creditors of Crosspoint Marketing Limited will be held at Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG, on Monday, 17th July 2000, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company.
