At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire HP2 7TG, on 19th June 2000, at 11 a.m., the subjoined Resolution was duly passed as a Special Resolution: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Robert Cork, of Smith & Williamson, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company, for the purposes of such winding-up.” G.
