Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at Ernst & Young, 21 New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1AW, on 21st July 2000 at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of laying before each of the Meetings an account of the winding up. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him.
