EXPOSÉ LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above-named Company and a Meeting of its Creditors will be held at the offices of Hope Agar, 25 City Road, London EC1Y 1AR, on 19th July 2000, at 1.45 p.m. and 2 p.m. respectively, for the purposes in each case of having laid before it an account and showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the General Meeting of the Company may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. S.
