Annual Liquidation Meetings

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that an Annual and Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 138 Park Lane, Romford, Essex RM11 1BE, on 21st July 2000, at 2.30 p.m., followed at 3 p.m. by an Annual and Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy holder to attend instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for both Meetings must be lodged at the above address not later than 12 noon on 20th July 2000. K. B. Stout, Liquidator 16th June 2000.
