THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND-UPON-THAMES WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. 7) TRAFFIC ORDER 2000
The Council of the London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames on 20th June 2000 made the above Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions applying at any time on the south-east side of the north-east to south-west arm of Strathmore Road, Teddington for 10 metres either side of the junction with the north to south arm of Strathmore Road, for a length of 15 metres in the north to south arm of Strathmore Road southwards from the same junction and on the west side of the north to south arm extending 10 metres from the junction with Shacklegate Lane. Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on 26th June 2000 and of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected for a period of 6 weeks from the date on this notice at the Civic Centre, (Second Floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham, between 9.15 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the Order may be purchased from Highways and Transport, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ. Any Person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the 1984 Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any Instrument made under the Act has not been complied with that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
