Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of HLB Kidsons, Friars Courtyard, 30 Princes Street, Ipswich IP1 1RJ, on 20th July 2000, at 2.15 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A person entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, such a proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of that Company. T.
