At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, held at The Westley Hotel, 88 Westley Road, Acocks Green, Birmingham, on Friday, 9th June 2000, the following Extraordinary Resolutions were duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable that the same be wound up voluntarily, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that Andrew Fender, of Sanderlings, Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull B94 5SG, be and is hereby nominated Liquidator for the purpose of winding-up.” T.
