In the High Court of Justice Companies Court.  No. 3115 of 2000 In the Matter of MARGARET BANKS AND STEPHEN PAUL BANKS and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Margaret Banks and Stephen Paul Banks, a Partnership, whose principal place of business was at Rosies Fun Pub, 27-29 New Queen Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire YO12 7HJ, presented on 18th May 2000 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Washington VAT Office, Coniston House, Town Centre, Washington, Tyne and Wear NE38 7RN, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 28th June 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 27th June 2000.
