A Final General Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, at Lee & Company, Crown House, Armley Road, Leeds LS12 2EJ, on 20th July 2000, at 3.00 p.m., for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, showing how the administration has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Proxy forms must be lodged with me not later than 12 noon on the day before the Meeting to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof debt form, if you have not already lodged one).
