ELECTROPACK

Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between John Brian Royles, Martyn John Drewry and Stephen John Springham carrying on the business of refurbishment of packaging machines and engineering works under the name Electropack, at Units 1-3 Hazelwood Lane, Kettering, Northamptonshire NN16 0AS, has been dissolved by mutual consent with effect from 9th June 2000. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid by Martyn John Drewry and Stephen John Springham, who continue to carry on the business as a Partnership together as hitherto from all its current business premises.
