Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at George House, 48 George Street, Manchester M1 4HF, on Tuesday, 18th July 2000, at 10.15 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of, and determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
