At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, West Yorkshire WF17 9EJ, on 1st June 2000, the subjoined Resolutions were duly passed, as an Extraordinary Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Company that this Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable that the same should be wound up and that accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter O’Hara, of O’Hara & Co., Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, West Yorkshire WF17 9EJ, and Andrew Nichols, of Redman Nichols, Maclaren House, Skerne Road, Driffield YO25 6PN, be and are hereby appointed Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such a winding-up.” M.
