M.I.D. AGENCIES LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members of M.I.D. Agencies Limited will be held at Unit 1, 56 Pickwick Road, Corsham SN13 9BX, on 4th July 2000, at 12.15 p.m., to be followed at 12.45 p.m. by a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The purpose of the Meeting is to enable the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and to give any explanation that she may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting should be lodged at PO Box 1339, Corsham, Wiltshire SN13 9XU, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings. S.
