NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 88 AND SCHEDULE 10

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 88 and Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application No. P9214/K/T/00 has been made to the Environment Agency (Southern Region) by Greene King Pub Partners for consent to discharge up to 7.5 cubic metres a day, of treated sewage effluent to a tributary of the River Eden from The Fox and Hounds Public House and The Coach House, Tilburstow Hill, South Godstone, Surrey, at National Grid Reference TQ 3566 4941. Any person wishing to make representation about the application should do so in writing to the Area Environment Planning Manager, Environment Agency, Orchard House, Endeavour Park, London Road, Addington, West Malling, Kent ME19 5SH, not later than 13th July 2000, quoting application P.9214/K/T/00.
