Notice is hereby given pursuant to sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that an Annual and Final Meeting of the Members will be held at the offices of Gibson Hewitt, 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 6SD, on Tuesday, 20th June 2000, at 10.30 a.m. for the purpose of receiving the account of the Joint Liquidators’ acts and dealings of the conduct of the winding-up. A Member entitled to attend and vote at either Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
