Following the tragic death of Richard NeilLister on 24th May 1999, notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Richard Neil Lister and Stuart JohnGreen carrying on business as Accountants/Management Consultants under the style or firm name of Lister & Co, 75 High Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, has been dissolved as from 1st May 1999. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Stuart John Green who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership with Richard JohnHall under the style or firm name of Lister & Co.
