Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Ernst & Young, 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester M2 3EY, on 9th June 2000, at 10 a.m., and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of laying before the Meetings an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year. Members or Creditors wishing to vote at the respective Meetings must lodge their proofs of debt and (unless they are attending in person) proxies at the offices of Ernst & Young, 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester M2 3EY, no later than 12 noon on the business day before the Meeting. 10th May 2000.
