NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given that the Central Office have, pursuant to the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, this day cancelled the registration of: Frenchay Housing Association Limited (23716R), the registered office of which is at N.E.M. House, 37-41 Clarence Street, Gloucester, Gloucestershire GL1 1EA; Painswick Housing Association Limited (24131R), the registered office of which is at N.E.M. House, 37-41 Clarence Street, Gloucester, Gloucestershire GL1 1EA; Kingsholm Estate Management Limited (28455R), the registered office of which is at Kingsholm Estate Office, Clapham Court, Gloucester, Gloucestershire GL1 3DE; Brailes Housing Association Limited (26721R), the registered office of which is at The Bank House, Lower Brailes, Banbury, Oxfordshire OX15 5HW; Oxford Young Self Builders Self-Build Association Limited (27557R), the registered office of which is at Lifechance Project, Cricket Road Centre, Cricket Road, Cowley, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX4 3DW; Donnington Social Club Limited (26935R), the registered office of which is at Donnington Community Centre, Freelands Road, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX4 4BT; Moorlands Self Build Housing Association Limited (26957R), the registered office of which is at Gable End, Heresforth Road, Dodworth, Barnsley, South Yorkshire S75 3NX; Carr-Gomm (Sheffield) Society Limited (25703R), the registered office of which is at 26 Byron Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire S7 1RY; Greenway Arts and Crafts Co-operative Limited (26765R), the registered office of which is at Aizlewoods Mill, Nursery Street, Sheffield, South Yorkshire S3 8GG; on the grounds that the Societies have ceased to exist. The Societies ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
