In the Stoke-on-Trent County Court. No. 39 of 2000 In Bankruptcy Re: ALASTAIR MACKINNON To Alastair MacKinnon, of Pinewood House, Pinewood Drive, Ashley Heath, Market Drayton, Shropshire, also known as Alastair MacKinnon, and carrying on business at Bentley’s Bar & Club, The Midway, Newcastle-under-Lyme and lately carrying on business at 4 Broad Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent. Take notice that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you in this Court by Jamshid Moini of Cedar Holdings, Unit 2 a Willow Row, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent ST3 2PU, and the Court has ordered that the sending of a sealed copy of the Petition together with a sealed copy of the Order for substituted service by first class pre-paid post addressed to Alastair MacKinnon, of 4 Broad Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent and Pinewood House, Pinewood Drive, Ashley Heath, Market Drayton and c/o Bentley’s Bar and Club, The Midway, Newcastle, Staffordshire and by publication in The London Gazette and in The Evening Sentinel newspapers of the presentation of such Petition and the time and place fixed for hearing the petition shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the said Petition on the above-named Debtor on the 7th day after completing such posting and publication as aforesaid shall be deemed to be service of the Petition upon you. The said Petition will be heard at this Court on Friday, 16th June 2000, at 10.30 a.m., at Stoke-on-Trent Combined Court Centre, Bethesda Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3BP. Important : If you do not attend the hearing of the Petition, the Court may make a Bankruptcy Order against you in your absence. The Petition can be inspected by you on application at this Court, whose offices are at Bethesda Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3BP. 4th May 2000.
