Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cornwall Court, 19 Cornwall Street, Birmingham B3 2DT, on 16th May 2000, at 11 a.m., to receive the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the said Act.
