(t/a Barry’s Coaches) At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The White Hart Royal Hotel, High Street, Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire GL56 0BA, on 5th April 2000, the following Extraordinary Resolution was passed: “That it has proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ian Frances, of Ian Frances Associates, Conduit House, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP, and Tony Mitchell, of BDO Stoy Hayward, 28 Paradise Circus, Queensway, Birmingham B1 2BJ, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.” E.
