Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BKR Haines Watts, Elsworth House, 94 Alfred Gelder Street, Hull HU1 2SW, on 12th May 2000, at 3.30 p.m. for the purposes of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the said Act. A Creditor entitled to vote at the Meeting of Creditors may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his or her stead. Such a proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. J. R.
